SEO Executive / SEO Campaign Manager – Agency London WC2 Up to £30,000 DOE
As a cutting edge SEO and PPC agency, our client works with a range of PLC clients on interesting projects. Specialising in the development of in-house search engine tools, they are the original creator of the page rank crawler. An opportunity has now arisen for an SEO Executive / SEO Campaign Manager to join their team.
This role would suit a true SEO expert – someone with an agency background who enjoys working with people, is passionate about the internet and has the skills to take ownership of the search engine optimisation department.
As an SEO Executive / SEO Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for working with clients, articulating how SEO can help their business. This will involve participating in projects, proposals and pitches.
Your duties will include:
- Pitches and proposals - Keyword research - Site analytics review - Link analysis and link building strategy - SEO copywriting - Client SEO strategy development
To be considered for this position, you must have commercial experience in an SEO role and the following:
- Experience of working in an agency - An understanding of search ranking factors and web analytics - An understanding of web usability - Basic HTML skills - Strong Excel skills (Vlookup and pivot tables)
As the SEO Executive / SEO Campaign Manager, you’ll also need to be a fantastic communicator with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical audiences. You should also be an avid follower of industry blogs, interested in new changes to the industry and have experience of using various social media sites.
Any of the following would be beneficial to your application: a degree (or equivalent); a Google AdWords of Google Analytics certification; PPC management experience.
