As Search Marketing Manager for this leading US super company you will be one of the first recruits for a new UK venture that's being set up. As Search Marketing Manager it will be your role to harness all search marketing activity in an extremely hands-on position, building the search department from scratch with the view to increasing the team and eventually heading it up. Your role will involve keyword analysis, keyword expansion and implementation, copy analysis, optimisation and expansion, conversion analysis and optimisation, reporting and online marketing. This role is ideal for a Search Manager looking for the next step up in their career and an exciting new challenge in a dynamic and innovative start-up environment. You must be hands-on with the view to eventually growing in to a senior level search head. Skills & Achievements
Search engine marketing experience and/or direct response advertising. Undergraduate degree Knowledge of ecommerce and internet-based business models. Experience evaluating creative messages, analysing results and optimising campaigns. Experience with search engine, online advertising, direct marketing and/or email marketing strongly preferred. Advanced Excel experience required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and French language skills (preferred). Candidate must have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter.
